Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the X-Power Plus browser extension ("the Software") and the X-Power Plus Pro license ("Pro"), provided by XPowerBit ("we", "us"). By installing the Software or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Software

X-Power Plus is a browser extension for managing tabs, bookmarks and browsing history. Core features are free. Certain features (cloud backup, full history archive, unlimited and scheduled dead-link checks, syntax search, extended recycle bin) require a Pro license after the 30-day trial.

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes and invoicing are governed by Paddle's checkout terms in addition to these Terms.

3. License

• A Pro license key may be activated on up to 5 devices at the same time. Devices can be unbound at any time.
• Yearly subscription: Pro features remain unlocked while the subscription is active. It renews automatically each year until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime license: a one-time purchase covering all Pro features of the current major version of the Software, for as long as we distribute it.
• License keys are personal and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to provide the Software as a service to third parties.

4. Fair use and restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer the licensing mechanism, circumvent feature gating, or interfere with the license service. We may revoke licenses obtained or used fraudulently.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data (the Software includes free local backup tools).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
